# Our Process: From Discovery Call to Launch and Support

How we work in six steps: discovery, proposal and quote, design approval, development with previews, testing and launch, and ongoing maintenance.

## Discovery

We learn about your business, target markets and goals, and define page scope, languages and reference styles.

## Proposal & Quote

You receive a site structure plan, feature list, fixed quote and timeline. Pay the deposit to start once approved.

## Design Approval

We confirm the design direction of the homepage and key pages first, preventing costly rework later.

## Development

We build against the approved plan, sharing preview links along the way so progress is always visible.

## Testing & Launch

Full-site testing across languages, forms and mobile, then deployment. Balance is paid and source code handed over.

## Maintenance

After launch, per-task maintenance covers content updates, fixes and small improvements whenever you need them.
