Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website development and maintenance services provided by Xingyuan Web Studio ("the Studio") through this website.

Services

The Studio provides landing page development, corporate website development, custom B2B trade site development and website maintenance. The exact scope of delivery is defined by the feature list and quote confirmed by both parties.

Quotes and Payment

After scope and quote are confirmed, a 30% deposit starts the project; the balance is due before final delivery. Maintenance is paid in full per task. Nothing within the agreed scope is charged extra; additional requests are quoted separately.

Delivery and Acceptance

Preview links are provided during development. After full-site testing and your approval, the site is deployed. Upon receipt of the final payment, the complete source code and deployment documentation are handed over and belong to you.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a project is cancelled before any development work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. After work has started, completed work is deducted from the deposit. As a digital service, refunds are generally not available after delivery is complete.

Liability

The Studio is responsible for the quality of deliverables and fixes defects within a reasonable period after acceptance. Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, payment providers) are outside the Studio's responsibility, though we will help investigate.

Changes

Updates to these terms take effect when published on this page.
