Background & challenge
Hardware has many SKUs with detailed specs, and overseas B2B buyers browse a catalog, filter, request the full PDF catalog, then inquire. The site had to be designed around this browse-filter-request-inquire journey rather than a retail cart flow.
Solution
Information architecture built around B2B purchasing behavior: category and product detail pages that surface specs and MOQ, dual conversion paths via a catalog request form and an inquiry form, multilingual switching for different markets, and unified admin management of products and inquiries.
Outcomes
- Full B2B browsing structure: catalog, categories and detail pages
- Two conversion paths: catalog request and inquiry form
- MOQ and other B2B decision factors surfaced clearly for buyers
- One site serving multiple markets through multilingual switching
